About Me
I am currently a graduate student in the International Education Management program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. My passion for international education began during a high school exchange trip when I was able to study for three weeks at Lycée Gabriel Touchard in Le Mans, France. Since then, I have returned to France twice, to study abroad and then to work as a language assistant in the public school system. While working towards my B.A. in English at Vassar College, I was fortunate enough to intern for Ashinaga Uganda. At Ashinaga, I served as a college counselor for several Ugandan high school students who were applying to American colleges and universities. All of these experiences working, interning and studying abroad sparked within me a desire to keep learning and set me on a path that would eventually lead to the Middelbury Institute. My professional interests include: Education and Development, International Student and Scholar Services, Intercultural Competency, and Internationalization.
